Spicy Nut Mix

 

1 cup mixed nuts

2 teaspoons vegetable oil

2 teaspoons Blue Ribbon Chili Powder

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the nuts on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and transfer to a small bowl. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with chili powder.  Toss nuts to coat; return to oven for 3 minutes more.  Cool and store in an airtight container.
